Job Description

Position Overview:

The Change Agent is responsible for coaching & developing employees to fully adopt and sustain effective, consistent execution of the Leadership Academy tactics into their daily operational rhythm to drive peak performance. The Change Agent implements Leadership Academy tactics and integrate into ongoing process and product updates. The Change Agent will support onboarding of new and existing leaders in using Leadership Academy to achieve results.

  • Prepare work schedules and amendments, if necessary
  • Prepare overtime report (calculate the hours)
  • Communicate with all sales agents in order to receive their comments/suggestions
  • Participate in a weekly meeting with each agent
  • Suggests improvement plans to SOM/OM
  • Supports the SOM/OM with the implementation of changes (new procedures, objectives, including eventually training)

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 months of Team Supervisor/Team Lead experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking to and presenting all leadership levels
  • Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures specific to area of assignment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relative field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Flexibility on working hours and ability to work overtime if needed

  • Confident interfacing with clients and all leadership levels either in remote monitoring sessions or face-to-face capacity
  • Highly self-motivated
