About the role:

This position will begin with Work at Home and then transition to working in a physical location once COVID restrictions are lifted.

This team is committed to providing a unique customer experience -- many of these customers are investing for the first time. As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the company’s voice and will use exceptional empathy and product expertise to ensure our users feel understood, valued, and free to look to us for guidance.

Job Requirements

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Communicating with customers using primarily email channels

• Delivering top notch service by solving customer issues effectively and with empathy

• Influencing customer happiness and loyalty metrics

• Educating new and existing users on how to use the app and investing fundamentals

Some things we consider critical for this role:

• Commitment to customer experience and providing the right support for first time investors

• Some college background, prefer bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

• Passion for financial services and the stock market, learner mindset- we will train you!

• Ability to think critically and apply logical problem-solving skills to resolve issues

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to act independently and to be self-motivated

• Ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety through exceptional customer service skills
