Inbound Email Customer Support 

The position is designed specifically to answer driver and passenger email inquiries; includes car insurance and registration audit as part of the back office work.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to both driver and passenger

When the queue permits, responsibilities include back office work

Provide customers with a positive customer service experience

Attain or exceed company goals/quotas

Adhere to IBEX Global Philippines company policies and work standards

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Without Call Center Experience:

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Candidate must be at least 2 years college undergraduate (without back subjects) in any field

Applicants must be willing to work in Parañaque

Full-Time position(s) available

Must be willing to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays

Must have average to good communication skills both written and verbal

With Call Center Experience:

At least high school graduate with 6 months call center experience
