Position Overview:


Provides inbound and outbound customer service assistance via phone to customers regarding package inquiries and other logistics related issues.  An ideal candidate should be able to understand the issue and deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to enhance the customer experience.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 4 CXC /GCE O’level Passes including English Language/ High School Diploma/GED
  • Or a Combination of Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous Customer Service Knowledge/Skills is Required
  • Previous Customer Service Experience is desired

  • Familiarity with the Internet, Web Browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer 11)
  • Ability to organize information and develop action plans to meet customer needs
  • Schedule Flexibility is a must.
  • Must be willing to support any work schedule/shift - Day, Night or Mixed hours shifts. Holidays/Weekends
