Job Description

Job Summary:

Document Processors handles incoming mail, emails, or faxed paperwork such as the Authorization page, Confirmation of Allotment (COA), Confirmation of Manual Allotment Activation (CMAA), Paystub (PS), and Payroll Deduction form (PD) to ensure orders are processed efficiently from one status to the next and customer spending limits are accurately assessed. 

 

Job Details:

  • Assist in facilitating the transfer of intellectual capital across the customer care organization and throughout the company.
  • Examines various document types and approve or reject as necessary
  • Research and analyze order exceptions for resolution
  • Open, sort, and distribute mail and faxes
  • Perform general clerical duties up to and including copying, filing, and faxing
  • Accurately complete documentation and tracking of all tasks
  • Ensure timely processing of incoming documents
  • Report suspicious or fraudulent documentation immediately upon receipt
  • Additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to review, recognize, and decision various document types
  • Must be able to work independently producing high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain, prioritize, and analyze varying work loads
  • Ability to work well under pressure and follow established processes

 Background Experiences

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in DocMan document management system
  • Order Management experience
  • Customer service and data entry experience
  • E-commerce industry experience, preferred
