  • Work within set key performance measurements defined by the call center and management team; process customer requests using client-based tools following all set processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of core products, tools, and resources in accordance with company requirements.
  • Escalate customer complaints and technical issues in a professional manner; try to resolve issues that fall within the position’s scope of support.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with a high amount of professionalism, dedication, positivity, and excellence.
  • Document customer transactions accurately in the appropriate systems.
  • Work with peers, managers to ensure that proven sales techniques are followed and enhanced.
  • Meet or Exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and grow relationships with inbound customers.

**Must be available to work swing shift, night shift, and weekends.**

Job Requirements

Requirements for the position include:

  • Understanding of basic use of Windows PC
  • Effectively sell to the customers by actively engaging them and probing for their needs, building rapport as well as value in our product.
  • Able to communicate with customers at various technical levels: analytical problem-solving skills, good probing skills, good time management skills and the ability to handle difficult customers effectively; ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive way.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Emphasis on the value of being trustworthy.
  • A proactive approach to emerging issues searching for out of the box potential solutions.
  • Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and the customer experience.
  • Must be able to work efficiently through change and have a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Experience with objection handling preferred.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 25 words per minute
  • Able to work independently and make decisions in the best interest of the customer, the client, and IBEX.
  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
