As a Technical Support Specialist, you will use your creative problem solving skills to consult with customers and ensure that they have a positive experience using Toast. You will provide guidance and support to ensure customer success. Through coaching and mentorship, you will quickly become a product level expert with robust technical knowledge.

About this roll*:

• Use an empathetic and consultative approach to correspond with customers and partners over the phone
• Troubleshoot issues and provide customized solutions
• Provide education and training to customers to get the most out of the Toast product
• Escalate issues to and partner with other Toast departments as needed

Job Requirements

Do you have the right ingredients*?

• High EQ (emotional intelligence) and excellent customer service skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to think creatively on the spot to resolve customer issues
• Must be available for at least 40 hours a week Monday-Sunday evenings and some weekends
• Restaurant experience is a plus
• Technical support experience a plus
