You Will

  • Provide exceptional customer service (chat inbound contacts) in a non-scripted world to get members back to streaming.
  • Perform basic-level technical troubleshooting, billing and general question assistance.
  • Give and receive performance feedback with your teammates and Supervisor regularly.
  • Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance by showing up for work as scheduled with a positive enthusiastic attitude.

Job Requirements

You Have

  • A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • The ability to work 48 hours per week - add the amount of hours worked in Managua
  • Open availability to work 24/7 Days a week
  • The ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
  • Great typing skills (at least 35 words per minute required)
  • Excellent written communication in English - conveying the right message through writing
  • Great active reading skills - understanding what the customer is requesting (reading into the request)
  • Strong search skills – finding the right resolution, i.e: find the right link to articles to be sent to customers
  • Experience providing fantastic customer service, face to face or thru chat
  • Experience collaborating with others to ensure the customer issues are resolved
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy to a customer situation and to address customer’s emotional needs (in order to get to resolve the technical need).
  • Experience using a streaming player or gaming system (PS3, Wii, Xbox, Apple TV, iPad, etc.)
  • An understanding of basic computer and home networking hardware and configuration and home networking terminology (operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc)
